Meet the founders
Katelyn Lexant is an award-winning filmmaker, film photographer, and the co-founder of Solare Films. Katelyn's creative work is known for its emotional depth and distinctive visual style.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Data Analytics and has gained industry experience through a 7-month internship at Apple as an Operations Content Development Intern in 2023.
Katelyn's film photography has been featured in UNIA Magazine, CineStill, and MOMENTS by the Film Photography Club at ASU.
Katelyn’s latest film, Beyond the Green Door, has earned several awards, marking a significant step in her filmmaking and directing career. She has also directed and produced music videos, further expanding her versatility as a visual storyteller.
Ruben Tinoco is an award-winning producer and creative director known for crafting emotionally compelling, visually striking content that resonates across audiences. With a strong foundation in multimedia storytelling, he has led the production of high-impact TV spots for major networks including ESPN, FOX Sports, ABC, and CBS—earning recognition with Emmy, ADDY, Telly, and CASE awards.
A University of Arizona graduate with a degree in Media Arts, Ruben blends artistic vision with strategic thinking to deliver content that is not only beautiful but also purpose-driven and share-worthy. He has collaborated with top talent across video production, photography, branding, and design to build tailored solutions for both innovative startups and established brands.
